Somerset Future 30 celebrates 30 outstanding young people who are making a positive impact across Somerset through their work, entrepreneurship, leadership, community involvement, creativity or innovation.
Who organises Somerset Future 30?
Somerset Future 30 is delivered by Somerset Chamber of Commerce in partnership with sponsors committed to supporting the next generation of talent in Somerset.
Is Future 30 an awards programme?
Not in the traditional sense. Rather than selecting a single winner, Future 30 recognises and celebrates 30 exceptional individuals who are helping shape Somerset’s future.
Who can be nominated?
Anyone who:
– Is aged 30 or under at the closing date for nominations
- Lives and/or works within Somerset
- Is employed, self-employed, running a business, or making a positive contribution within their profession or community
Can I nominate myself?
Absolutely. Self-nominations are encouraged.
Can I nominate someone else?
Yes. Friends, colleagues, employers, teachers, clients and family members can all submit nominations.
Can businesses nominate employees?
Yes. Employers are encouraged to recognise talented individuals within their teams.
How many people can I nominate?
Three per company, and each nomination should be submitted separately.
