The Somerset Future 30 celebrates the talented individuals aged 30 and under who are helping shape the future of our county through innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship and community impact.

Whether you’re nominating a colleague, employee, friend, family member or even yourself, this is your opportunity to recognise achievement, raise profiles and celebrate the next generation of Somerset’s leaders.

All the nominations will be judged by an independent panel of judges from our awards’ sponsors, who will select the final Somerset Future 30.

Who Can Be Nominated?

Nominees must:

Be aged 30 or under at the closing date for nominations
Live and/or work within Somerset
Be employed, self-employed, running a business, or making a positive contribution within their profession or community

Key Dates

Nominations Open: 6 July 2026
Nominations Close: 14 August 2026
Judging: 17 August 2026 – 18 September 2026
Future 30 Announced: 23 September 2026
Celebration Event: 27 November 2026
